YOUR MARKETING STRATEGY

The nature of strategy is longer term – at the very least one year.  It’s about imagining where your business is at a year from now.  You can imagine how many customers you have, numbers of products you’re selling, awards you’ve won, perhaps what the building looks like inside and out…and so on.

In a nutshell, you are creating a business journey that you would like to go on; a business journey that serves everyone involved with the business.

By the end of it, you ought to be excited about what you’ve created.  If you’re not, then there’s every possibility you’ve imagined the future scenario (perhaps) through the eyes of a difficult past.  It’s not that your created business future is not realistic – a challenging and exciting business journey is the aim.

For example, consider your business life right now.  Do you sense you’re on a Business Journey to somewhere wonderful or is it a case of same-old, same-old?
